Why Care About Self Care
Have you ever heard the saying, “You can’t pour from an empty cup”? And yet as Mums, we are constantly pouring from empty cups. Pouring out love for our children 24/7, cleaning the house 24/7, holding our children to sleep 24/7, understanding our emotional toddlers 24/7, running around doing house errands, preparing lunch-boxes, remembering birthdays, planning birthdays, going to school meets, dropping our kids off to their after school activities. And for most of us, this goes alongside working a part-time and full-time job.
